I’ve also lived it personally — experiencing the gradual loss of effortless movement and the frustration of deconditioning.
Through years of martial arts practice, including Silat Buka Lingkaran, and a commitment to structured fitness, I’ve rebuilt strength, stability, and fluidity — moving freely, avoiding pain, and performing confidently alongside younger athletes.
As a registered nurse, professional educator, NASM-certified personal trainer, and certified SBL & SBL Fit instructor, I combine traditional martial arts discipline with modern exercise science, behavioral change models, and adult learning principles. My approach integrates anatomy, movement mechanics, joint integrity, and motivation — applied to every individual, whether in live online training, personal sessions, or martial arts practice.
