Personal Training

Tailored Guidance, Safe progression
For individuals who need or prefer one-on-one attention, personal training begins with a comprehensive assessment of movement quality, joint stability, endurance, and strength. Programming follows the OPT model from National Academy of Sports Medicine and is adapted as your capacity improves.
Martial Arts

Applied Movement and Depth
Weekly in-person sessions focus on partner application, refining timing, structure, and adaptability. Participation is optional but provides depth for those pursuing the full martial path.
Seminars

Structured Study and Learning
We offer seminars for individuals and schools covering rotational mechanics, level transitions, ground mobility, and application drills. Seminars are structured and accessible to both newcomers and experienced practitioners.
